Through our practices we will learn:
To map our own physical & emotional bodies and energy systems through functional movement exercises, breath, visualization and somatic practices.
To build body vocabulary and more easily recognize changes within your unique nervous system & physiology.
Bottom-up approach … toe to head alignment through the biomechanics of movement to prevent pain/reinjury and move better throughout your day and when you exercise.
Build strength & self-trust from the inside out.
The somatic practice of being with and in your body is something only YOU can give yourself.
This has a ripple effect that affects multiple areas of your life, especially how you show up in relationships, how you decenter work and how you feel within your own body.
