3-month Somatic Coaching Cohort 

  • October 1st -December 17th

  • Tuesdays from 1pm-2pm

  • 12 one-hour sessions


This cohort is for:

  • Folks in liminal spaces…. between who you used to be and who you are becoming

  • Folks returning to movement or those that want to deepen existing practices 

  • Folks that are practicing being seen & heard in their life 

  • Folks that are willing to participate in a supportive circle of women

Through our practices we will learn:

  • To map our own physical & emotional bodies and energy systems through functional movement exercises, breath, visualization and somatic practices.

  • To build body vocabulary and more easily recognize changes within your unique nervous system & physiology. 

  • Bottom-up approach … toe to head alignment through the biomechanics of movement to prevent pain/reinjury and move better throughout your day and when you exercise.

  • Build strength & self-trust from the inside out.

The somatic practice of being with and in your body is something only YOU can give yourself.

This has a ripple effect that affects multiple areas of your life, especially how you show up in relationships, how you decenter work and how you feel within your own body.
